Karatbars International was founded by Harald Seiz in 2011 and its Headquarters is in Stuttgart, Germany. Like any start-up company Karatbars has experienced growing pains and is not the same company they were back in 2011. In 2008 he joined a company in the precious metals industry and within seven months, he was number one in the company which was only active in Germany. GmbH – Gesellschaft mit beschrankter Haftung – is a company with limited liability or limited company. It is a legal entity in Germany governed by federal law. It is basically the same type of entity as a LLC in the United States.
